When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, company, phone number, email address and what you want to buy or sell.
We use these details only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, carry out orders and keep the business records the law requires. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.
To carry out an order we may share the necessary details with suppliers, freight companies, banks and authorities such as customs. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Order records are kept for as long as UK company and tax law requires.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing info@kanzymatin.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
